How it works for Employers
As an employer, the first thing you have to do is create your profile. Only it is after you have created your profile that you can start posting about your job vacancy. You can also look around for any services freelance interviewers may be offering.
Step 1: Create a profile
All it takes is 3 minutes to create your profile
Once you register and sign up for the site, you will be directed to form to fill to create your profile. Once you are done filling out the form and have submitted it, we will send a verification link to your registered email id.
Our admin team will also check and approve your profile from the backend. We are very particular about this because it helps maintain the safety and quality of our platform.
Step 2: Choose your plan
Go to your dashboard and choose your preferred payment plan
It is based on the requirements that you have to decide and choose a plan to post jobs on the interviewerr platform. We charge a very nominal fee for our services. It is when you have acquired enough points to post a job that you can head to the next step.
Step 3: Post your job
Post your job and see the proposal coming in
It is when you post a job, and our admin team approves it that your job goes live and is ready for bidding. You will soon start receiving loads of proposals waiting for you in your dashboard. It is your job to evaluate the proposals and profiles to hire the best freelance interviewer to handle your interviews.
How it works for freelance Interviewers
Your first step lies in creating an impressive profile of yourself as an interviewer. It is after you have set up the profile that you can either start posting ads about your services and availability or bid for a job posted by our registered employers.
Step 1: Create your profile
The first thing to do is to create your profile
You first have to join the platform as a freelance interviewer. Make sure you create a really impressive profile that will successfully attract the attention of our best employers and jobs. Let it be known that we have the rights, and will take a look at to approve your profile before it goes live on the system.
Step 2: Select a plan
Your choice of plan determines your seriousness as a freelance interviewer
Once you are done selecting the right plan, you are free and permitted to bid for viable projects or to post services that will attract more employers.
Step 3: Work with employers
Bid for the jobs
The next step involves looking around for the right projects to bid for. You will find your portfolio slowly but surely growing once our employers start hiring you.
How it works for job seekers
A job seeker is not much different from an employer except for the fact that you are preparing for a job interview and are looking for a freelance interviewer to conduct your mock interviews.
Step 1: Create your profile just like as an employer does
This is an important step
The profile you create should be similar to that of an employer’s because job seekers are quite similar to employers on our platform. The only difference between you two is that while they hire freelance interviewers for a job in their organisation, you will be hiring a freelancer to conduct a mock interview.
Step 2: Find the best payment plan
You can choose a low-cost plan
You can consider buying a cheaper plan because you may not be using interviewerr repeatedly. It’s time to move onto the next step once you find a plan that you feel is perfect for your requirements.
Step 3: Post your job
Don't get confused
Don’t get confused by how we use the word ‘job’ here on interviewerr. We at the interviewerr do know that you are a job seeker. It is just that we refer to the projects you post on our site as jobs.
All you have to do is mention in your job description that you are looking for a freelance interviewerr to conduct a mock interview with you and not an actual one.
